Ordering a hot tub at Hot Tubs dot Net is a little different than a typical online hot tub retailer.  First of all, we want to know you, and we want you to know us.  We want to know exactly what you are looking for in a hot tub,  and satisfy you with the best quality hot tub, at the best hot tub price, with complete knowledge before the sale.  Because of this, we've decided that an online shopping cart with "buy now" buttons just isn't right for our business model.  You are making a large investment in your health and well being.  We want to share that experience with you, every step of the way.  No pressure here.  We know what we've got, and we hope you buy from us, but only because we know our hot tubs and we understand the business. We also know you want a good hot tub deal without sacrificing quality.

The first step will be a written quote, with the manufacturer revealed and complete hot tub documentation.

Once we've got your approval on the manufacturer,  model, color etc, the buying process begins with a 1000.00 processing fee.  This can be paid via credit or debit card, direct bank transfer, paypal, or wire transfer.  The order is immediately transmitted to the manufacturer.  Once the hot tub is pulled and ready to ship, we will contact you for the balance. This process often only takes 24 to 48 hours.  The hot tub is then loaded onto a truck for shipping to your curbside.  You will be provided with carrier information and a pro-number for tracking when it's on the way to you!

The hot tub will be shipped on a pallet and wrapped securely for shipping.  Shipping damage is very rare, but your hot tub needs to be inspected thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.  Once the receipt is signed, you have accepted that the hot tub has no damage.

Warranty is provided by your manufacturer, as with many big ticket purchases. The hot tub manufacturer will provide all services according to their policies.
