Our order process is a little different than online hot tub retailers. Because of fluctuating inventory, locations etc a "Buy Now" button doesn't work that well for us. Our process needs to be more personal.  Once we know your location and type hot tub you want, we go to work for you!

Once we've got a hot tub manufacturer and model matched with your hot tub desires, the process begins with a 1000.00 processing fee.  This can be paid via credit or debit card, direct bank transfer, paypal, or wire transfer.  The order is immediately transmitted to the manufacturer.  Once the hot tub is pulled and ready to ship, we will contact you for the balance. This process often only takes 24 to 48 hours.  The hot tub is then loaded onto a truck for shipping to your curbside.  You will be provided with carrier information and a pro-number when it's on the way to you!
