The Purchase: Our system is unique.  We will match you with a quality US manufacturer that can sell to you in your area.  At the present time we do not use a shopping cart because inventories fluctuate widely.  We actually check availabilities and sell you your hot tub based on existing inventory. Your hot tub will be individually quoted to you by our representatives and will be equipped “as described” and priced for you, once we find the match.  This will be an active process and could involve hot tubs “on the road” returning from a trade show, fair, home show or truckload sale.  In these instances, decisions may need to be made quickly so the hot tub can be diverted to your location.  Purchases from the factories of excess inventory can be more “casual”  but still, quantities on hand may be limited.  Many of our sales involve extensive email or phone conversations. To initiate, the hot tub buying process or to get more info, either call or  fill out the contact us form and you will be contacted immediately. Your location is everything to this process! Not all hot tubs shown or described will be available for purchase unless your  geographical area qualifies.  Purchases will be quoted to you in writing, with no hidden details. You will know the manufacturer of your tub at the time we quote you.   Deposits may be made for surplus inventory,, unless time is of the essence (as in the event you’re purchasing a hot tub “on the road.”  All hot tubs must be paid in full by the day the hot tub ships. Deposits Our minimum processing fee is $1000.  This deposit secures the sale and your hot tub until shipping day. It is not refundable.  It is used to prepare your hot tub for shipping,  The balance must be collected on or before the day the hot tub is ready to be shipped.  All payments may be made via Wire Transfer,  MasterCard or Visa.  We accept checks as well but they must clear before we can process the order and time may be of the essence.

What You Will Get: The Portable Hot Tubs we offer are built by various award winning top quality US manufacturers.  Because of our business confidentiality model, we may not reveal the manufacturer until we verify the delivery location of the hot tub.  If you desire a certain brand of hot tub, we may be able to shop it for you and find your best price.  Feel free to call or contact us by inquiry to discuss that option.

Shipping and Delivery All hot tubs and swim spas are shipped common carrier (tractor trailer)  to your curbside.  You will be contacted by the carrier in advance of delivery and you must be present to receive it.  While damage is rare, you should inspect the package thoroughly because once you've signed off on the delivery, you have accepted that the tub has been delivered "undamaged" and future claims of damage will not be accepted. Your hot tub will be delivered by company vehicle, or common carrier at the manufacturer’s discretion.  “ Normal delivery” is calculated into your quote, and brings the hot tub to your curb..  Some carriers may be contracted separately to position the hot tub at its location. This is at the buyers expense.  “Normal delivery” is delivery to an area accessible by common carrier (tractor trailer truck)  Remote locations, mountainous areas, island locations are not considered “normal delivery.”  Any excess charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

The hot tub shipped to you is yours from the time it is loaded onto the truck for shipping. The truck driver signs that it is free from defects.   When it arrives carefully inspect it and note the freight bill with any damages. The tub is wrapped in white shrink wrap to make noticing marks and punctures easy. If you notice any imperfections in the wrap, remove it and inspect for damage. Pictures of the damage should be taken and emailed to us, the hot tub manufacturer and the freight company.  Naturally, in the rare case of severe damage such as that caused by a fork lift, the hot tub should be refused and a claim initiated immediately with the carrier.

Warranty: Your warranty will vary depending upon the manufacturer of your hot tub. .  The interior surface is covered in the event of blistering, or cracking (time varies with manufacturer).  All electrical and plumbing components are warranted (time varies with manufacturer).  Read your warranty that comes with your hot tub for specific information

New and Unblemished Merchandise: All of our hot tubs are new and unblemished unless you are specifically informed that the model is a blem.  A blem is a minor imperfection in the hot tub surface or cabinet.  It will not affect the hot tub’s ability to hold water and will provide you with all the hydrotherapy benefits of an unblemished hot tub.  In many cases, once the hot tub is filled with water, the blem is completely unnoticeable.

Water and equipment testing All hot tubs are factory tested with water to ensure proper operation of equipment, heater, and control system and to assure there are no leaks when it leaves the factory.
